Is the club losing money?

Hi

I have spoken to wardens who state that members are cancelling their easter bookings. The opinion is they are concerned about the current and anticipated weather conditions. Could the Clubs cancellation policy have some bearing on this? The 10 day forecasts
are not to be believed and we can't wait until nearer the time as we have to give 72 hours notice. The weather may or may not improve in time but is it bettrer to cancel rather than face the prospect of a nasty E'Mail.

Just a thought.
