Twin Axle nose weight issue?

I curently own a Land Rover Discovery 4 as my tow vehicle with a factory fitted detachable tow ball.

We have just purchase a Bailey Unicorn S2 Cartegena

My probelm is that I am having trouble hitching to the car. The caravan hitch when on level ground is higher than the tow ball and to hitch I have to raise the cars air suspension in off road mode then hitch the caravan and then the car will returned to
normal height position which means that the car is pulling the caravan hitch down. I think this also means my nose weight is at zero?

I also notice that when I am unhitched I can retract (raise) the jockey fully and the nose of the caravan will not touch the ground but stay level just on it's twin axle tyres. I think there is something wrong with the Caravan.

Can anyone advise what is going on ???
