Truma pump won't stop running

Just back from our first outing of the season: 3 nights in the new forest. Over the winter I drained everything down and after flushing the pipes out with Puriclean I fitted a new filter cartridge to my Truma Ultraflow water system.

Once on site I discovered that the pump runs continually as long as the pump power switch is on. Turning the taps off has no effect and this meant that we had to switch the power on every time we needed water.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Is it the pump or is it something I have done in draining the system and adding ther new filter? Any help would be valued.
