Inadequate childrens play park

We have just returned again from Whitewater Park., a regular for us and one of our favourites.

The play park has a ground covering of pea shingle stones. These are always dusty and the children get very dirty (no matter what the wheather conditions)  from this which is not ideal when we are caravanning. The stones are often thrown onto the slide [yes the children are told not to do this but they are playing!] this creates more noise and therefore has an impact on neighbouring club members who may be trying to relax.

I saw one man sweeping the road where his child had dropped large handful of the stones on the road and this again shows that parents are [in the main] very responsible. Who ever had the idea of putting these stones in a play park needs shot[ or at least stoned].  No other club site to my knowledge has this surface in the play park. This needs changing immediately !! How could I get the Club to inspect and review this issue
