Are caravans becoming more like motorhomes?

Caravan manufacturers are adding more and more features "pinched" from motorhome design. Of course, some features have been copied for quite a while but these are some of the things you can now get on caravans:

Alde heating system (started with MHs)

In-board water tank.

Solar panel

Fixed, wind-out canopy

Under-floor battery

Seems like they just need to add another axle and an engine!
