Knee Roll

In the last Club magazine there was a letter complaining about manufacturers who fitted so-called knee rolls to the bench seats on parallel seating. Apparently the complainer was frustrated because this created "lumps" when sleeping. Apart from the fact
that knee rolls improve seating comfort, aren't people aware that the cushions should be inverted when making up the bed? We were told this by our dealer when we bought our first van thirty years ago but it seems that many people are not aware of this. I haven't
seen it mentioned in any caravan manuals.
