After a first in 10 years and relatively minor accident I banged the front side battery door and some trim underneath and split a window. Supply of spares took nearly 6 weeks for a 2 year old van. Repairer was on the ball and said this is usual. Is it? Heaven
forbid how long a serious accident would take. What are your views and experience?
