BBQ connection for van and home

We currently have two gas BBQs, one large Weber on our patio and a small portable Weber Baby Q for the van. We are selling the large patio Weber and would like to use the small Weber Baby but the hose has a connector for the van external BBQ point. It is
always difficult to remove regulator etc. from the hose and swap around. Any ideas?
