Motorhome LPG tank adapter for Europe

Our Auto-Sleepers motorhome has an integral LPG tank for domestic gas and I am a bit confused about which adapter I will need for Europe. We mainly visit France and Italy and it seems that there is one "dish" adapter that will do for both countries but I
have read that in France there is more than one kind of pump nozzle. Also there is a big difference in prices for theses adapters. Can anybody provide up to date advice?

    I find it wise to carry all three types of adapter,
    >this site<     explains which is which.
