Have you had a scary experience Surprised while towing ?

here,s mine

Some years ago i was returning from the lake district heading south on the M6 travelling at a steady 60mph in lane one.At intervals we were being passed by a sucession of cars towing jet ski,s on small trailers.A small 4x4 begins to pass me and i glance across to see a young guy fast asleep in the passenger seat and his young lady is driveing but i can here whay appears to be a rumbleing sound.As they pass to my horror i see that the jockey wheel of the trailer has dropped down and is literally bouncing on the road Surprised now it must have been makeing a hell of a racket and you all know the size and weight of one of these and can imagine the speed it was trying to turn being towed at over 60mph.Quick as a flash i asked the OH to ring my mate who was in front of me and warn him about the trailer but before he could answer the jockey wheel must have snapped off at the neck Surprised it flew out from under the trailer bounced in between my car and his van and onto the hard shoulder and disappeared up the banking.The car and jet ski carried on as if nothing had happened and i ruined a good pair of pants Sad Had the jockey wheel hit the front of my car or van it could have been very nasty indeed.We were lucky.
