Why, oh why, doesn't the writer state the name of the caravan manufacturer and offending dealer? Let's name them and shame them. They are the guilty ones, we are the too long suffering.
I really can't quite see the company taking the owner through the courts, or even threatening to. After all, the owner has the evidence..... big and white and sadly full of problems.
Problems do and always will occur. That's a fact of life. What we need is manufacturers reacting quickly and sorting the problems with no extra hassle.Would the motor industry take weeks to supply the required parts?
