Caravan to Motorhome - questions!

After 30 years plus of caravanning we have the van up for sale and we will probably buy a Motorhome. We are looking at MHs without a garage so space will be at a premium. I have some rather obvious questions!

1. The MHs we have seen come with a hose to connect to a fresh water tap. If I stay in one place for a while and don't want to go to a filling point, how do I fill the tank? What sort of container will I need given the space restrictions?

2. Ditto for waste water - what container?

3. Will I need levelling ramps for touring the continent?

4. How do I accommodate picnic table and chairs for sitting under the canopy When there is limited space under the two bench seats?

5. Can I fill a built-in LPG tank when touring Europe? Special adapters?
