Help with external fridge fan please

We have bought one of the purpose made twin fans to fit between the back of the fridge and the outside vent to assist with cooling. My husband has wired it up as per the wiring diagram and it's getting a feed as showing 12v on the meter but the fins aren't
going round. Any ideas would be welcome please as it needs to be done today ideally for our trip to Europe this week. Thanks in advance.
