Motor mover

new motor fitted i mth old  worked fine last week now will not spin i have cotacted powerwheel who said check cables from the new motor  done this checked what i was told to do still this one new motor will not run can anybody help mee

    Just a thought are you on site now if not when parking up van did you turn off mm on isolation switch ,is batterey flat

    I am confused as to which mover you have.  Is it a Powrtouch made by Powerwheel?   If so, it should be in warranty, so they should come out if there is a problem.  If it is an automatic mover, then it may need resetting.  Din you switch it on with the 'red
    key' (automatic).

    I guess we need more details really, but if it is a Powrtouch mover, it should be guaranteed parts and labour for (I think) 5 years.
