Booking Reminders

Just had a electronic reminder for a forthcoming booking, excellent. The trouble is we have a booking for the week before the reminder. SO do we presume this is anther CC problem area or that the earlier booking which we know we have, has not been recorded
or found on the club site. Does this mean we now need to check the earlier booking as clearly the CC have not picked it up

Our assumption is this is a standard CC glintch, a regular inability to issue reminders in date order. We understand this work is let out so do we hence presume this is an acceptable standard of the club.

Just wastes our time now having to double check our bookings. If the CC cannot issue reminders in time order why bother at all
