13 pin car 2 x7 pin caravan

We have finally taken delivery of our new Tow Car Ford Kuga Titanium X TDCi and it has the factory fitted tow bar with the 13 pin electrics, I know you can buy the adapters, but wondered if it would be possible to convert the caravan to 13 pin electrics ? would be tidier and as we only have the 1 tow car now would make sense, does anyone know if its possible and if so a wiring diagram..please  anyone done it yet ?
