Bailey Unicorn Seville Sink arrangement

We are thinking of downsizing from our Valencia S1 to a Unicorn two berth and looked at the Seville at the NEC today. Everything was as expected from the Unicorn range except that OH says that the sink/drainer being squeezed in between the bulkhead and hob
is a total nonsense and unusable as the drainer is awkward to get at and water would splash over the hob which from experience can cause burner problems and rust. Anybody have one and can comment?
