Buying a new BMW.

I have just recently bought a new 535d Tourer BMW, which was specified with a factory fitted towbar and electrics. When I took the car out for the first time I noticed that the 12v fridge light was not working. I have now discovered that BMW do not wire
terminal 10 on the 13 pin socket. This has now been rectified at the dealer's expense. If you are buying a new BMW make sure you specify that you want this terminal wiring, as I was quote £250 initially to have the problem recified. Do all new factory fitted
BMW towbars have this terminal missing?
