Autosleeper Amethyst Wheel Trims

Last year I bought my first motorhome, a 1997 Autosleeper Amethyst on a Ford Transit chassis.  It was in nice condition, except for 2 cracked (15") wheel trims.  Recently I lost a 3rd trim, and I would now like to replace the set, but have been unable to
find anything to fit.  Neither the dealer I originally bought it from nor Autosleeper themselves have been able to offer any suggestions.  I know the vehicle is quite old, but I can't be the only person to have this problem.  Help!
