Belfast washroom sink -anyone replaced one??

Hi all

Got a bailey Olympus 2 - beautiful van however - we want to replace the water hungry belfast sink in the washroom. As it is set on top of the vanity unit we can't just take it out and put in a more conventional sink as it would be too low and were wondering
if anyone had done so and can give us any advice on where to start looking.
