'Singers' who can't sing!!

Anyone else find really annoying the current crop of (mostly) female singers, who warble tunelessly away, singing another person's songs, and making a hash of them?  I'm just listening to Chris Evans, and there is someone singing called 'Sadie and the Hotheads'.  She's just done Drummer Boy and It came Upon the Midnight clear, and both were terrible..  They reminded me of my tuneless attempts to get into the school choir!  Truly Awful!!!  Even my son said so, during a phone call - 'Who is this c  p on the radio'!!!
