Caravan Club - digital magazine - does it work?

I've been trying to read an article from a back issue of the Club magazine, and thought I'd be able to do it via the Club Magazine Digital version but I don't seem to be able to find any articles, and the 'Feedback' page states that the November 2013 edition
of the magazine will soon be with you!  Has nothing been loaded on these pages, or is it something I'm doing wrong.
