Red Pennant Admin Fee

I believe there is an admin fee for Red Pennant if you are not booking sites and ferry crossings with the Club. Is anyone able to confirm if this is the case or if you are booking just one of the services i.e. site only and ferry crossing independently
is the admin fee waived????
