We have had the misfortune to break down on the M1 this afternoon at Junction 21, not the best place at any time

Green Flag were called from the safety of the hard shoulder, and from that phone call to the car being delivered to the garage for repair (alternator fault) was 35 minutes. An absolute excellent service which included updated texts and updated phone calls
informing us of the whereabouts and timings of the recovery vehicle
