Blocked waste water pipe?

Help please. We are on site and attempting to empty the grey waste water. All we have succeeded in doing is created a bit of a pong with a small amount of stagnant water draining out. could there be an air lock? If so, any ideas on how to shift it and get
the waste water flowing again? Thanks in advance for urgent replies!
