Last night was clear and I watched the ISS track from West to East directly overhead. The good news is that you can see it for the next few nights and it coincides with the Supermoon and the annual Perseids asteroids (shooting stars). If you check meteorwatch.org
you will find that tonight the ISS will be visible from 9.33 pm starting in the West until 9.40 pm in the East, directly overhead at 9.36 pm. 

It is very visible and tracks quickly across the sky. Tomorrow night and Wednesday is also the peak time for shooting stars.
