CLs with a children's play area

Hi, we are looking at booking some family holiday this year and are doing research
for any cl site that is ideal for children. Absolutely zero appear once you put the "children welcome" filter on! Not very welcoming for new families to the concept of a touring holiday!!!!

Can anyone suggest a good CL with a children's play area at all please? We've heard they exist but are obviously few and far between. Were based in the midlands and are reasonably flexible as to where we might go but any suggestions will be most welcome!
