New caravan - sealant on panels

I have just taken collection of a new van, but have only just noticed that there are a few spots where sealant has spread on to the panels and lockers. It's not a lot and certainly not worth the hassle of taking it back to the dealer.

Anybody know what I can safely use to clean it off ?
