i-Newspaper - price at motorway service station

On the way back from the show at the NEC yesterday stopped at the Cowley ? Service station on the M6. While there thought I'd get an i newspaper. The lady askef for another 10p when I presented my normal 30p. Fair
enough, the paper did say 40p. "When did it go up ? I asked, "Been that prices for ages " she replied. No it hasn't I thought and left as there was a queue.

Today I bought my paper for 30p ?! So, when did they start charging extra for newspapers at motorway service stations ? 25% extra in fact.  I think it's blooming outrageous .

Thoughts ?
