Dogs
We totally understand that many (seemingly the vast majority from our experience) caravanners enjoy taking dogs with them on their travels. However, it would be most appreciated if owners could keep the blimming things under control. We thought we had booked
a CL (that we're currently staying on) only to find that there are currently 9 vans on site (more about that elsewhere) of which most appear to have dogs.
Probably in much the same way as some club members prefer sites that don't welcome children we would very much like it if there were sites that didn't welcome dogs. Both my wife and I can't stand them (painful childhood experiences) and our young children
are scared of them.
So this is really both a plea to owners to please keep their pets under control as well as to the club to please give due consideration to non dog lovers who still very much enjoy caravanning but preferably without dogs that running around all over the place.
