Suspicious caravans for sale in the classifieds?

Hi,

I'm currently getting my eye in for a 2nd hand 6 berth van and I've been trawling through the classifieds in this club as well as caravansforsale.co.uk but I have to admit at being slightly suspicious of some adverts.

Let me illustrate. This advert http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/CaravanClubApps/Applications/caravan-classifieds/details.aspx?id=813004&page=2 appears to be for the identical caravan as this one http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/CaravanClubApps/Applications/caravan-classifieds/details.aspx?id=817098&page=2 but in different locations. I know some people plagerise photographs but all the wording and layout is identicle too - and all for a remarkably cheap price! Am I right to be suspicious?

Also, there appear to be a number of 'vans which are less than 5 years old for around the £3,400 figure. Why is this? They appear to be good bargians especially as, this one in particular, claims to have had very little use and in "as new condition"! http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/CaravanClubApps/Applications/caravan-classifieds/details.aspx?id=817106&page=1

These also appear to all be Baileys.

Am I being over suspicious or is there a genuine bargain to be had as these prices seem unrealsitically cheap? The phrase "if it's too good to be true then it proobably is" does spring to mind but also sometimes people do price things cheaply with genuine reason for sale.

Does anyone have any experience from buying or using these classifieds and can anyone offer any additional advice other than the usual common sense stuff such as  checking Cris registration documents, viewing before buying etc.?
