I phoned Barclaycard to cancel my club credit card which I have not used for the past 6 years after they sent me a bill for 2pence, which I paid and then queried. The only unssatisfactory answer that I got was that all bills are automatically generated.
However when I spoke to their call centre this week they are offering me a 12 month interest free incentive, so I will give it another trial. So if you are looking for a credit card deal, try Barclays
