How do I complain about a particuar site?

Having read a post about leaving negative feedback in the site reviews, I would like to know how to get my disgust about a site we visited recently across to the people who need to know.

The site was advertised as having showers, which ok they did have, but they were disgusting. Black mold in the grouting and dead beetles, bugs and flies in the shower tray all in a delapidated building next to where cattle were being wintered, and had not
been mucked out recently.

Sorry about the rant, but I think the clubs should employ some of us members as "Secret Shoppers" as ongoing inspections would prevent these farmers from not even doing the basics then taking extra monies to supplement the farm income !
