Bathroom re-fit due to damp

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions...

In short, our 1995 Bailey Discovery has damp down one side. We are now repairing the bathroom. The sink unit (currently off the wall) is plastic and next to that there was a wall of wallpaper (between sink and toilet i.e. the window wall). 

My question is, what is the best decor to put on that wall after the rotten wood has been replaced? Is there any kind of waterproof wallpaper that you have come across or a plastic covering?

Has anyone else also had this conundrum?

Any thoughts would be great.
