Mercedes C class Estate and Sterling Eccles Quartz

Looking for advice and confirmation that the outfit match is going to work. Mercedes C Class 200 estate diesel auto towing Sterling Eccles Quartz. According to figures the maximum towing weight is 1800kg and maximum weight for caravan is 1600kg. Its that
scary 85% ratio that I may have gone slightly over. Have looked at loads of websites and now slightly concerned the caravan might be slightly heavy when fully loaded. Not sure the caravan will ever be fully loaded as 166kg of items to fit inside seems a tall
order. Have paid a deposit and picking up in a couple of weeks. Just have to add that the caravan is like a small apartment and looks very comfortable.  Any guidance much appreciated.
