Pump problems on Bailey

I have a Bailey Pageant Bordeaux 2003. I went in at the weekend to check everything and the water pump isn't working. 12v switch is on but needle is not moving. Pump switch is on but no pump. Everything else seems to be working. I have checked the fuse, seems ok. My thoughts are that either the battery charger is defunct or the pump. I intend to take the battery out and charge it on the bench - any further thoughts?
