A Risky Tow

Just reading in the Express that a chap setting off for Spain with a classic Rolls Royce Silver Shadow has rolled the trailer it was on and destroyed the car. Fortunately no one was hurt. However if the reporting is to be believed the trailer was being towed
by a Rav 4 when it started to snake and ultimately turned over. Given the weight of a Silver Shadow is a little over 2 tonnes and any trailer would have to be half a tonne at least, this hardly seems like a safe load. Just wondered what others thought?
