Avondale Water Woes

We have a 2003/3 Avondale Osprey which we use well with our two kids. We bought it in 2008 and try to get away a minimum of 30 odd nights a year which includes an annual european trip. We have no desire to replace it but I'm at the endo my tether with the
water system.

This is an overly complex system in my view. I have an outboard tank with immersed pump, an inboard tank with immersed pump and level sensors, on top of which are two solenoid valves and a pressure switch all controlled by a cheap and nasty zig control panel
and 5 relay switches. This system fails us on about every other site now which is a real pain if you're in the middle of a month in europe.

The I would like to remove the inboard tank and just have the pump in the outboard tank feeding the three taps and the truma water heater via a pressure switch.

Would this be possible/advisable would anyone have a diagram of how best to acheive this?

Any help much appreciated.
