Paying pitch fees on a CC site.

Will be staying on my first CC site in three weeks time.  Obviously will be paying the site fees in full on arrival, which is wierd as never come across this arrangement when booking holidays before, not that I am complaining of course.

Question is, do all the sites have card processing facilities, or is taking the cash for the pitch the normal procedure?
