soler panels for our caravan

As a compliete tecnophobe I thought it best to ask members if they could kindly offer any advice on what to buy and where to get it before I looked for a solar panel for our 2011 Sprite Muscateer.  We frequently camp without a hookup as we attend dog agilty
shows where we camp for two nights or so in just a field.  I'd like to get a solar panel to help our battery out as I tend to follow my poor husband around switching things off even when he is useing something incase we run out of battery power!  Thanks so
