VAG 1.8 tsi engine for towing

Does anyone have this engine in their towcar. I'm looking for an estate and have come across a Skoda Superb with the 1.8 tsi petrol engine.Weights are ok and i only do about 4,000 miles a year more or less all towing.Equivalent diesel is around £3 to £4k
more.
