Noseweight or vehicle weight

Hi now changing to a bigger van on the outfit match it says ok to tow . I have a volvo xc 60 drive which only

has a nose weight limit of 75kg . My question is would I be better with a vehicle which passes the 85 percent rule

with only 75kg nose limit or a better nose limit but over the 85 percent. Maybe 90 to 92 percent .
