Caravan hitch limit

hi can anyone clarify the caravan hitch limt that is displayed when doing an outfit match . I have a Bailey 

unicorn 2 Cadiz and the outfit match says that it only 

has a hitch limit of 77. Am I correct in thinking that this is the maximum noseweight limit .
