Motor mover stops every inch

Hi I have a power touch motor mover fitted to my caravan. we've just been on our first trip of the year and the motor mover stopes every inch. It worked perfectly fine when I stored the van away at the end of last year, and when I've come to use it this
happens. Has anyone got any ideas what is wrong with it ?.
