We bought a new Unicorn 3 Cadiz and first time out in the Lakes we had heavy rain.

Early one morning we could hear water running like a tap and found it coming in the locker above the bed. Cothes soaked bedding soaked.

I rang Bailey to inform them and was told they can't speak to customer's and that I should e-mail them or contact my dealer.

I took the van to my dealer Yorkshire Coast Caravans in Bridlington. they were most apologetic, as they sold us the van, and arranged to repair it. It transpired that it was the joint on the roof between the front panel and the rear panel, which meet towards the rear of the caravan roof.Surely to have a joint on the roof is a design fault and had obviously not been water tested.

Bailey proclaim they provide a quality product, but I have my doubts.

Has anyone who has bought a new series 3 had the same problem? If not I suggest you check it out before storing your caravan for winter.
