Spare wheel - should I leave it at home?

ive been caravanning for 30 years and had 1 puncture, a slow one, on my van in that time. 

The spare wheel and carrier on my 2013 Lunar Clubman ES weighs 25kgs. There is not a lot of spare loading capacity as there is a motor mover fitted. 

I have an AudiQ5 which has no spare wheel but a compressor and tyre repair kit supplied.

What does everyone think about leaving the spare wheel at home and relying on the Audi repair kit?
