Caravan levelling blocks!

Hi Guys

I have been advised to purchase some levelling blocks for when we go away in the caravan (I am still a newbie), can anyone recommend which ones to go for and also (if possible) which ones to avoid.  Also do I need to purchase "chocks" too to go with them.
