Tyron bands - opinions please.

Hi, I am thinking of having Tyron bands fitted to my caravan tyres and just wondered if anyone could help me out with any advice either for or against the above topic? I have been quoted £120 for two tyres (fitted including VAT) - does this sound reasonable?
