Ford Mondeo towing Lunar Lexon 560

Hi, I wonder if anyone might be able to give me some advice?  My tow car is a 2011 Ford Mondeo Titanium X (163 BHP) 2L with a kerb weight of 1575kg.  I am possibly looking to trade my Lunar Clubman 475 CK in for a Lunar Lexon 560 (2011) with a MIRO
of 1276kg & MTPLM of 1450kg.  This equates to approx 90% towing compatibility.  Inline with the 85% guidance can anyone advise or does anyone have experience with a similar percentage outfit to comment how it performs?  Many thanks.
