Leaking tap

Has anyone had a problem, i.e. a leak with a Comet tap? I have a small but anoying leak underneath a Comet tap in our motorhome shower room. Someone suggested I change the ceramic disc cartridge which I did but that didn't work but on closer inspection,
I noticed a 'bush' or 'collar' fitted to the cartridge which has 4 lugs, 2 of which have been broken off. I suspected that this might be the cause of the leak as this looks like it holds the cartridge down firmly to seal on the small 'o' washers. But it seems
almost impossible to obtain a replacement. Has anyone had this problem and can help me find one?
